Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused
In original condition
Free from scratches or damage
Returned in original packaging
Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been used
The item is damaged by the customer
The product is not in its original condition
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping cost
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

We will offer a replacement or a full refund
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue
